Carolina Bermúdez

Operations & Administrative Specialist

Originally from Colombia and now rooted in Sonoma County, California, Carolina’s life journey has been one of purposeful exploration—across cultures, communities, and dimensions of human growth. With more than 24 years of experience spanning corporate work, nonprofit service, and community initiatives in Latin America, Asia, and the United States, she brings a unique blend of operational excellence, cross-cultural understanding, and heartfelt dedication to wellbeing and connection.

Her professional path has always been guided by a deep calling—to co-create transformational spaces where people feel empowered, connected, and inspired to grow and live with purpose, joy, and wellbeing. This guiding intention has shaped every stage of her career, from coordinating large-scale events and managing organizational systems to facilitating workshops and coaching individuals through life and career transitions. As a transformational coach and wellbeing facilitator, she helps people awaken their potential—cultivating confidence, clarity, and emotional resilience through holistic practices, mindset work, and self-awareness tools. Her approach is rooted in compassion, intentionality, and the belief that meaningful change begins with connection—to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us.

Carolina’s passion for service has also found expression through volunteer work with NGOs in Colombia, Thailand, India, and locally in Sonoma County. These experiences have deepened her understanding of cultural diversity, community building, and the universal desire for belonging and wellbeing.

Today, she continues to integrate all these dimensions—organization, service, and transformation—into a unified purpose: nurturing systems, spaces, and relationships that allow individuals and communities to flourish in harmony in a sustainable way. She invites others to join her in this intention—Let’s cocreate spaces where people feel empowered, connected, and inspired to grow.

Blue Zones Project Petaluma

Blue Zones Project® is a community-driven well-being initiative designed to make healthy choices easy

Last week we were honored to lead a training for educators/staff at Old Adobe Union District! Staff were able to learn and practice Trauma Informed approaches and explore how ACES affect our own behaviors and individuals we work with everyday. Nichole Warwick, our Executive Director, has a background in Educational Psychology and our Public Policy Lead Richard De Lèon brings a wealth of knowledge from his time leading workshops with the Hannah Institute. 💡💭Consider asking how can Blue Zones Project Petaluma can support the health and well-being practices in *your* Worksite, School, or Organization of any kind?
