Blue Zones Project Petaluma

Blue Zones Project® is a community-driven well-being initiative designed to make healthy choices easy

Last week we were honored to lead a training for educators/staff at Old Adobe Union District! Staff were able to learn and practice Trauma Informed approaches and explore how ACES affect our own behaviors and individuals we work with everyday. Nichole Warwick, our Executive Director, has a background in Educational Psychology and our Public Policy Lead Richard De Lèon brings a wealth of knowledge from his time leading workshops with the Hannah Institute. 💡💭Consider asking how can Blue Zones Project Petaluma can support the health and well-being practices in *your* Worksite, School, or Organization of any kind?
